The crew at That’s Strange sat down recently to rehash a segment from a previous episode. Our Top Ten Hauntings episode saw us briefly touch at the horrors hidden behind the doors of the Cecil Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. We decided to bring that topic back to the table and we took a much deeper dive this time around. We break everything down from the humble beginning of this high end hotel to the terrifying real life tragedies that took place on the Cecils property

We of course broke down the disappearance of Elisa Lam, this time in greater detail. We go over some of her Tumblr, as we try to piece together her state of mind leading up to her vanishing. We break down the haunting hotel elevator footage that went viral for the unnerving feeling it gives most who watch it.

It’s rare that we have a three way split on our opinions on the topics we cover, check out what each member believes happened to Lam and our thoughts on the Cecil Hotel as a whole.
